Hey, what a day! Sun is shining, humidity (all last week) is down and feelings of helplessness is gone. Now to start a new day.

I just looked at about 100 pictures of our illustrious first lady's costumes. She is sure a looker. From the formal dresses she wears to her play clothes, I think Mrs. Obama is outstanding in the fasion world.

Never mind that she has taken a page out of Jackie'O's book. When you are thinking fashion for yourself, just go back in time a little for Jackie'O styles then progress to Michelle styles.

A similarity? Yes, but Michelle carries the statement of sheer elegance in the warm every day style portrays.

With the styles in the stores today, it should send women back to the sewing machine or to a resale shop where styles are more traditional.

I like Mrs. Obama's styles very much. Only one thing I would consider not chic. That is when she wears a style above her knobby knees. Hey, Michelle, just come down 2 or 3 inches so all your knee caps don't show. Sorry, but they are boney and ugly.
